We would like to share a few stories of Ronnie and Janette which helps understand the unconditional caring and heart they had for others.  In addition, we will be adding stories of those we have helped through your generous donations. 

When Schaller would lose electricity/heat due to storms that would pass through, Ronald would drive to some of the elderly widows and bring them over to their house to keep them warm in the kitchen of their home, because Ronald and Janette had a gas stove and could heat the kitchen.

Each year, before we would gather to have a Holiday meal, Janette would make meals to deliver to different “shut-ins” before we would sit down and give thanks for our meals as a family.

Some elderly who could not afford a Wash Machine, Janette Willer would get the clothes that were too heavy to wash out by hand which is what they would do and take them home and do their laundry to help them out, and often times Janette would pick up their mail daily.

Ronald once made (donated) a ramp for a young girl in a wheel chair so that she had easier access to get into and out of her house.

Janette would take women to Storm Lake, Iowa who could not drive to get groceries, medications, Doctor appointments even if she had no reason to go to Storm Lake for her personal reasons.

Ronald and Janette would pick a family in Schaller, Iowa who could not afford to have Christmas and would just put the gifts on their outdoor steps.
